Increase flexibility levels and stretch out the stiff, tired and achy muscles with our stretch and flexibility program. Sign up and receive a plan that will be modified based upon the clients goals, weaknesses, and strengths. For 8 weeks, we will work strive together to help you reach and achieve those personal development goals by focusing on gaining results. Adjustments to your plan can be made if needed, in order to target those areas that holds the most stress. By introducing different stretch trainings, accountability, and mobility exercises. Includes weekly weigh-in pictures and measurements. to improve your range of motion, flexibility, and mobility by engaging in full body drills that helps to keeps your mind sharp. Stretching - Flexibility - Breathing Exercise - Mediation - Mobility
